Big Red Services LLC, also known as the company, agrees to provide you (the Customer) with the necessary labor and maintenance materials to perform a comprehensive maintenance program as outlined in our Big Red Club Membership webpage and on the reverse side of this document. Any existing defects are not covered by this agreement and will be noted after the first maintenance is performed. For Brand New systems there are no “existing defects” – and the 10 Year Warranty applies as long as annual service is completed by Big Red Services LLC.

HOURS OF SERVICE: The services covered in this agreement will be scheduled during the companies regular working hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. After hours or weekend scheduling is available for additional charges.

PARTS: Unless a unit was installed by Big Red Services LLC and is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, this service agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (lubrication/cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance.

REPAIRS: Any repairs required beyond those provided for in this agreement will be brought to The Customers attention and will be billed at the current flat rate pricing. Payment is due upon completion. The company is not liable for any loss arising from delay failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.


ABUSE & MISUSE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY
TERM: On all new system installs this agreement shall last for 10 Years to coincide with the necessary maintenance to keep the systems warranty intact. For customers without a new system this service agreement shall be for 1 year with automatic annual renewal unless a 60 day cancellation notice is given in writing to the Company. The cost of this agreement will be billed monthly to the card on file.
