Big Red Services (formerly County Appliance Service) was founded in 1978, as a family owned business in Wilmington Delaware. From the beginning, our company has always had a goal to deliver fast, honest, and exceptional service to all their customers. The customer base grew, and through the 1980’s, and 1990’s additional services were added including our dryer vent cleaning division. Within a few years, they expanded again, and changed the parent company name to Big Red Services. Together they were able to grow the company to offer Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC service, in addition to Appliance Repairs, creating a full home services company, offering 24/7 service.

Today, just as in 1978, we proudly continue as a family owned and operated business, offering honest, exceptional service that our customers have always received.

We have gone from Big Red Electric to Big Red Buckingham and now we are Big Red Services. We take pride in serving Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

At Big Red all of our technicians are trained and certified by the factory. But we do not stop there. We provide on-going in-house training to ensure superior customer service and that the job is done right the first time.
